SHIPPING POLICY

Here at Cheshire's Chest we are proud to offer completely free, fast delivery for our UK customers.
All of our products are dispatched Monday to Friday and should we receive your complete order and payment before 3pm, we will aim to dispatch your product that very same day.
All standard delivery products should arrive within 1-5 working days.
Express options are available on most listings but if there's a particular service you require that's not showing in the checkout just get in touch so we can help!
Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel from getting out to you in the expected timeframe (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If there's a delay and you've chosen a non-tracked service just drop us a message so we can check all the details for you.

Please note: Items delivered to countries outside of the United Kingdom will take longer to arrive so be sure to check the postal service you select at the checkout will meet your requirements of when you need the item to arrive.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept PayPal as our main method of payment, it's a fast and convenient method where you can opt to use a credit or debit card, bank account or funds held in your PayPal account balance.
Please be aware that you can pay with your credit or debit card without having a PayPal account, just checkout and pay as a guest user to complete your transaction and PayPal will securely process your card payment.

If you have any issue with paying upon purchase please let us know if you're expecting a delay. After a week of non-payment we'll look to otherwise cancel your order so the products can be added back to our store for other customers.

RETURNS POLICY

All unwanted items can be returned to us here at Cheshire's Chest, in which case we will refund (or exchange) your purchase providing:

• It is returned to us within 30 days of you receiving your order.
• It is in the same condition as you received it.
• It is returned in its original undamaged packaging.

All returns must be posted to this address: 29 Stilton close, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8JH

For unwanted goods returned under the 30-day returns policy, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items. For defective products, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items in the first instance. If the item is shown to be defective as described, postage costs will be refunded. We strongly advise that you return items using a recorded delivery method and that you retain proof of posting. Returns cannot be considered unless and until we have received the items.

FAULTY & DAMAGED GOODS

Claims for refunds, replacements or repairs will be dealt with if applicable and if goods are found to:

• Not be of satisfactory quality.
• Not be fit for the purpose for which they were sold.
• Not correspond with their description.

Under such circumstances, goods must be returned to us promptly once the defect has been identified – and, so far as is reasonably practicable, in their original condition and packaging.
