I try and send a combined postage invoice every night after the auctions have ended that evening, please don't pay for this invoice unless you have finished bidding and want the item/ items posted out. Once paid I cant hold back posting, as a label is generated once payment has been made.

Recently I have had a few neutral and a negative feedback, if I am honest I am disappointed this has happened for the following reasons

If an item does not turn up, (they get posted straight away), unfortunately this is due to the postal company, I obviously refund and make a claim via Royal Mail, this is out my control and all I ask before I refund is if you can wait a few more days incase it turns up, so if I receive any negative or neutral feedback for this I feel it is unfair.

If for any reason you are not happy with an item, all my items are returnable, if its my mistake then I pay the return label, if you just don't like it, then the return is at your cost. If I have made an error in the listing, which happens occasionally, not to mislead, just due to human error, I will always rectify, but can only do this if I have been told. I am an honest seller that has sold on Ebay for over 21 years, so I honestly feel there is no need for Neutral or Negative feedback, as I will always work with the buyer to rectify.

THE R NUMBER IN THE TITLE, IS MY BOOK KEEPING REFERENCE, NOTHING TO DO WITH THE JEWELLERY ITSELF
